9am i woke up with high expectations. A feeling of fire comes inside me. Something similar to the fire when I was in FPP. I will be going for an interview today. Interviewed by both the Bosses, team-leaders and colledges. I am very sure this time that I would enjoy the job and the environment and close good sales numbers. I am begining to feel the hungar inside. Its only the time to release it.
Once again,
1. Thanks God for helping me with the interview.
2. Thanks Sister Lovina for the refferal.
3. And my darling for supporting me always.
Stay tuned for good news then....
Regards

After all the ceremony then "Glorious" Band perform 2 songs for them wishing them. we played <<今天你要嫁给我>> while they re-march in and then <<月亮代表我的心>>. Overall still no bad. But i think Tsuylian sung well. Hahahah
1. Posing with my Bass before the ceremony starts
2. The performance of Tsuylian and Glorious
3. Jacky the Bassist, close shot
4. Lovina the Drummer
* Special Thanks to Eric And Shirley and GEFC for allow us to play for this special event.

The Day before Tomorrow, Eric's Wedding
Wrote this blog at Eric's house using his laptop. He was very tired, snoozing loudly man. The time now is 0140hrs, 15 March 2008. In couple of hours time, gonna fetch Eric's Bride. Well, nervous for him also.
Today was a busy day, driving around, getting the bridal car, meeting the Church Co-coordinator, went to bridal shop and get the floral deco done on the Bridal car, accompany Eric to try his suit for tomorrow. Ensuring there the fitting is nice and well done. Collect the photos albums, flowers etc.. So many things to load up to the car. Glad that we didn't miss out anything.
Finally reached his house for a shower to freshen up. Just found out i forget to bring my contact lens solution and casing. Thanks to his kind Sister to lend me. Thanks!!!!
By then Alex called me for some supper. Went to Ang Mo kio again for nice fish ball soup and nice Wu xiang..... And then sped at 120km/hr back to Eric house writing this Blog.
Best-man for Bridegroom Eric 150308
Congrats & Cheers

Earth Wind & Fire Concert at Mosiac Arts Festival
Sunday 9 March, after church went to attend Thomas's Wedding at Raffles Town Club. It was a buffet Lunch Wedding. Everything seems simple nice and cost saving. Just wondering, "How should Jill and I wedding be?" Simple or grand? Buffet or banquet? Alot of things to consider. Well, i really glad to see both of them happy and joyous moment. Coming Sat got one more. Brother Eric and Shirley's wedding. This time i will be their Best-man. Oh no quite stress actually.
After the lunch buffet, Jill and I went to Esplande to watch the "Mosiac Arts Festival". As we are having "Earth Wind and Fire Concert" Its really amazing to see people working hard, displaying their music talents, sharing thier works with all the audiences.

"Their groundbreaking mixture of jazz, funk, soul and pop influences paved the way for artists from Prince to the Fugees..." - Rolling Stone
Described by Rolling Stone as "innovative yet popular, precise yet sensual, calculated yet galvanizing, Earth, Wind & Fire changed the sound of black pop in the 70s - their encyclopedic sound topping Latin-funk rhythms with gospel harmonies, unerring horns, Philip Bailey's sweet falsetto, and various exotic ingredients".
Today, the incredible music of the band that has touched the hearts of two generations still heats up airwaves and dancefloors around the world, and the band is possibly one of the most covered in existence. And keeping the musical spirit of Earth, Wind & Fire alive is former founding member and the creator of the band’s sound and most of its hits, five-time Grammy award-winner, Al McKay. Together with his band, the Al McKay Allstars, which contains some of the world’s top musicians, Al has released an album, Al Dente, which features Earth, Wind & Fire’s hits as well his newest original tracks.
A hot, young guitarist who had performed with the Ike & Tina Turner Revue, funk progenitors, Charles Wright and the Watts 103rd St. Band, the late great Sammy Davis Jr., Andy Williams, The Sylvers and Isaac Hayes, Al joined the freshly-minted band out of Chicago who called themselves Earth, Wind & Fire in 1973. From then till 1981 when he left to take a break from musical stardom, Al was responsible not only for a lion’s share of the group’s instantly recognisable sound, but for some of its most enduring hits. Then in the early 90s, he founded The Al McKay Allstars with a large and revolving cast of superior supporting players to explore new musical territory even as they celebrated his music with Earth, Wind & Fire, and the rest, as they say, is history.
The current band consists of Al McKay (guitar), Tim Owens (vocals), DeVere Duckett (vocals), Claude Woods (vocals), original Earth Wind and Fire member Michael Harris (trumpet), Ed Wynne (saxophone), Bill Churchville (trumpet), Ryan Porter (trombone), Freddie Flewelen (bass), David Leach (percussion), Aaron Haggerty (drums), Benjamin Dowling (keyboards), and Bryan Loren Hudson (keyboards).
Catch them live, for "the Al McKay Allstars may be the only group capable of rendering this music with the original feel... for fans of EWF and American funk music…the band is a phenomenon absolutely not to be missed" (Java Jazz Festival).
At Nokia Power House, I was watching the 1st session of gig from "Angels are architects" from Australia. Nice Indie music, smoothing and relaxing. Really feels great listening to them. Bought an Ep with autograph from them and photoshot.
We had Carrot cake and Oyster Ommelete for dinner and then rush to the theatre for our Concert. We were late by 5mins and we had to wait till 1st piece is done before enter. No choice, waited and watch only the LCD screen.
After the Concert, we rushed back to Nokia Power House to watch," Angle are Architects" 2nd gig session. This time watched full 45min. The female Bassist, Mel is using Spector Bass with EMG pick-ups. Cool fully active Bass....
After a tired session, we went back home with nice memories of music. We all called this "Arts". We will back till this festival ends.

Victor Wooten - Amazing Grace (wif his Fodera Bass)
Ask 100 bassist, perhaps 98 of them knows who is Victor Wooten. And many had even seen this video more than 100 times just to learn how he plays the ," Amazing Grace" using Harmonics on his Fodera Bass. Really displayed his skills together with a killer Fodera Bass tone. I still can't forget how fantastic, Stanley Clarke, Marcus Miller and Victor Wooten jam together in Bass Player Awards Session... Oh My!!!

A Shocking Look Into Chinese Fur Farms
I was very anrgy and fustrated with these "Bastards Chinese". Totally inhuman just to make profit. This Video is from a China Fur Farm shows how cruel they skin the animals alive just for the fur. Animals are badly beaten and skin alive. Its ashamed to be a chinese when i see such things happening around the world. Many times reports, articles, scams, unhealty food process and production, child abuse labour. Its happening everyday and nothing seems to stop them.
Have a look at the video,
Pledge to go fur-free at PETA.org
In China's Hebei Province, and it quickly became clear why outsiders are banned from visiting. There are no regulations governing fur farms in China—farmers can house and slaughter animals however they see fit—meaning miserable lives and excruciating deaths.
You Can Help also by:-
1. Please tell everyone you know about the horrors of the fur trade by sharing this information with them and showing them the shocking undercover video.
2. Order PETA's anti-fur leaflets and posters to distribute outside stores that sell fur and to share with friends, family, and coworkers who still wear fur.
3. Please donate now.
4. Shed your skin. Donate unwanted furs to PETA.
Hope that everyone can contribute a part. To save these animals and our Planet, Earth.

Hey, you guys might be saying. Hey, you slow la. So long started already. Well, its always full and i don't have to time to watch together with Jill la. LOL
One thing that inspires me about the movie is, L's determination. As a genius himself, he never gives up easily. Being calm and determine to solve the problem.
His last quote before his Death.
"No matter how Genius you are, You can never chnage the world alone,"
HeehEe.
